Greg’s View on being your own movie star

There is a lot of literature out there promoting a journey “back to spirit” and getting “back to soul”. The irony of this journey is that this isn’t a journey at all. Spirit or soul is the very essence of who we are. We are of it and we are it. Soul is right here and just is.
So what is the meaning of life then? Soul has chosen a physical experience. It has created all that is in order to experience it or, more accurately, in order for it to experience itself. Let me explain. In the beginning there had to be something because nothing can be created from nothing, right? I think all belief systems agree there. This something was all that existed so it could not experience itself because it had nothing to experience itself with. So, in order to see its reflection it needed to create a mirror. I believe this still ties in with science, quantum physics and most religion.
So everything comes from this original source. If it all comes from this source then it is all a part of this source – everything is then a part of that whole. Therefore we live in a place that is part of it and we are a part of it. So where then, pray tell, are we journeying to? We are already there.
We have all only chosen to forget what we are in order to experience this physical world that we live in. It is like we have got a role in our favourite movie. The movie wouldn’t be much fun to experience if we knew how it ended, would it? In this movie we have the opportunity to kiss our favourite actor and do whatever else we can think of! Now my imagination is running wild!
So you have chosen this physical world and all the features that it has for you. Then your only purpose should be to experience everything you choose to experience in it! Soul/spirit takes care of itself – it has since the beginning of time. Actually it even created the illusion of time!
We have all chosen a different role and a different movie, which is why we all perceive things differently.
So make the most of your movie and make sure that you get that starring role!
